6. Payments and Refunds

All payments processed on My Online Dukan are encrypted and handled via trusted payment gateways. Refund requests will be processed in accordance with vendor-specific refund policies. We are not liable for any delay in refund processing by third-party vendors or banks.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Copying, scraping, or reselling any data from the platform.
• Uploading or listing any illegal, counterfeit, or restricted products.
